making this sig

i saw a bunch of people have those sigs like PS2 owner and nvidia user, stuff like that. i'd like to make one too, but im a noob at these things so could anyone give me a start or anything? i have coreal paint shop pro x and thats about it what i know really

 

can someone help me too?

IM1 how do you make your userbars move????

 

if you go to userbars.com you'll find a link to the "userbar animator" go there and upload your pics there (up to 10). it will do the rest.
