if i have lets say 13 episodes of a tv show in avi format, i know i can burn them onto a dvd to watch, but can i also create a menu or something so i can sort through each episode instead of having to fast forward?
yes of course, but it depends on the authoring software you use..you would need 13 seperate "movies" each with it's own "chapters Menu" and of course a Main Menu to select which "movie" to choose from to begin with. 13 movies on same disk + all those menu...would be a very compressed DVD you might need to make it a double layer DVD AND use rebuilder to compress the compiled Video_TS down to DVD-9 size.
try 7 on one, 6 on the other. use nero vision to put them onto a dvd. it makes a menu for you, converts it and seperates the shows into different chapters.
yeah i have like 12 simpson episodes in avi format. so what i have been doing is using dvd santa to make them into dvd format i guess and just pressing burn and it burns them all onto a dvd. so i have to take the dvd format that it gets converted into and open it in nero vision and thatll make the menu automatically? all avis are like 3 gigs, so shouldnt that be enough room to put menus on the same disc also.. thanks
