Malware and Blue Screen problem when trying to get rid of ASAFETYVALUE!!!=( HELP.. HIJACKTHIS LOG

I orginal posted on castlecops as well but just seeing if anyone can help me here.=)
Same problem as well as other people around please help. I got rid of some of it with Superantispyware. Also using Ewido AVG anti spyware and malware and ESET No32 antivirus. But when i'm trying to clean the rest after being lucky to clean 18 out 184 plus virus and trojans. It goes to the blue screen. Please help...=) Thanks in advance.

I tried using my antispyware and anti-virus programs but cleans out some but won't let me clean out the rest. It goes to the blue screen telling me to restart the comp due to new hardware. =( Thanks agian for the help i really appreciate it. =)

Updated everything from above the malware protection still need help. So i deleted and removed bit torrent and here is updated Hijackthis log. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention that i have XP SP2. With the blue screen i have failed to mention i tried deleting the problem through my problems and scanning and the blue screen pops up as well, when i try safe mode and safe mode with networking and admin. =(

hi im sorry to bother you but iam haven this problem with the blue screen popping up telling me to shut the copmuter down and so on did you get rid of it and if so how did you i have tried evrything i can and it still pops up
