Yup, I'm stumped. On two things in fact.

    1. I'm getting about 60/40 success rate on patching games via "dspatch" (drag and drop.) Gives that evil "signature" error and no .gba output. I researched, and researched, no luck.

    2. THEN the ones I do end up patching, I can't get to boot if they exceed 32mb patched. (once on the rom=128mb...I think.)

BONUS QUESTION: What's the best patcher out there?

    My Gear:
    DS Lite
MAX MEDIA Card (NO SWAPPIN! FANTASTIC!)
    Flash 2 Advance ULTRA 1GIG

    THANKS!!!

My guess is that since the Flash 2 Advance Ultra was designed for GBA games, that anything over 256 megabit (32 megabytes) won't work on it since it doesn't have enough memory to run it.

I'm with you on that one, but there's got to be a way around that. Oh and it IS a 1gig card. The Chips on the card may be a bunch of 256k chips if that's what you mean.

Maybe I should just break down and get this....http://www.divineo.com/cgi-bin/div-us/dd-ds-g6lite

That would suck though cause I just got this 1gig card for 130. :(

Even though it's a 1 gigabit, it only has enough memory to launch a 256 megabit file. That's the largest GBA game size, so a lot of developers only used 256 megabits of NOR for actually launching the game even though it could store more than that. This has to do with cost and such since NOR memory isn't cheap.

The G6 Lite is good since it's based on the same concept as the Flash 2 Advance but can load the larger files.
