I am really impressed by the quality of the video on this media player but i am having a problem maxing out my sound. It is extremely low and have a hard time hearing the sound. Anyone have any ideas, other than turning up the volume (it's maxed). (I've also tried several sources - Moonshell allows you to up the volume via x/y buttons - this media player doesn't)

i don't believe there is a way to do so.. but can't you load Moonshell onto the device? I'm pretty sure you can.. I remember it used to be bundled with it back in the day when it first came out and everyone was let down by it :p. Maybe Datel just needs to release another firmware with the sound option?

ya maybe i'll wait for the release. it also seems that the video sometimes goes out of sync with the sound. i'll play around with some things. i ended up actually buying a sound speaker that attaches on the bottom of the ds, we'll see what improvements that will make.
