This is my problem, when i go to install mcafee, i double click on the setup file and when it loads the autoplay box is just a box that says mcafee and everything else is grey, like a solid grey box covering everything,. i cant even get to the buttons because of this. Just wanted to see if someone could help thx.
Personally I would un-install the program and run a cleaner such as Crap Cleaner (in issues mode). GET IT HERE. It's free. Restart your PC then Re-install. If the same happens again, then contact the distributor or MacAfee directly, as you may have a corrupt file.
