md5 identical, but safety copy of sd not working

    Hello
    I have in my Ford a Navi of Blaupunkt (Model FX). The maps are on a SD Disk.
    The SD Disk is copy protected, but I still want to to a safety copy of my SD Disk.
    I made raw copy of the SD Disk with WinHex, so that the MD5 hash of both disks are identical. But the copy is not working in the navigation system. How is this copy protection working? How can I bypass it?
    I would be very happy if anybody can help me!

    When I insert the cloned sd in the navigation, the system says that no data is present and the system changes some bytes of the sd card.
    When I compare afterwards the cloned SD with the original, WinHex finds 21 differences:
