im not sure if this is in the right place to ask but...I have a MDF file on my computer that i want to put on a disc...but the files only 711mb.....and the disc can only hold 702mb....is there a way to get the file smaller...or to open it without putting it on a cd??

Try using PowerISO to create a compressed disc image (found at http://www.poweriso.com).

Or you can try overburning the disc, but I wouldn't recommend it, as it can damage the disc, and possibly your drive.

If you don't know how do do either of the above, just ask...
