Media and burnspeed

    I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what media they've had good luck with as well as what burn speeds they have been sucessful with. Thanks!

    I currently plan on using Memorex DVD-R 8X but haven't any yet, anyone experience any issues with these?

    i havent used memorex but ive heard bad things about them, maxwell and ritek dvd-r work great on my xbox. i have the samsung dvd drive, it cant read dvd+r.

    Tested on both thompson and samsung dvd drives.


    Oh yeah,I burn at 4x-8x on all my games without a problem. Good thing about alcohol120% is that you can turn the buffer to 128mb while nero is stuck at a max of 80. It helps.
