Media center

    i have got media center 2005 and upgraded from win xp home. now it says xp pro in system info and i have another disc which has a folder called mediactr. i think that this has the media center components but there doesnt seem to be an installer. How can i install them

    I have the same problem, but I have the dvd version of MCE 2005. I can't get it to put the rest of media center on.

    I install it into my laptop..I think it works by fresh installation but no to update it :D
