When I installed a 256 sd card and tried to record, i kept getting message "check card protection switch". took card out and changed switch position, same thing... now i can't even record using the built-in memory without the sd card....camera is locked up either way. any suggsetions as to how i can get the camera working again? also cant unprotect stored pictures or video already in memory. HELP
I cant help you with your question. But.. I have a question for you. I just purchased one of these camcorders on e-bay. I have looked for info on this device everywhere. This is as close to anything that I can get. Do you have any info on this brand? How long have you had yours for? And doesn't the camcorder have a 1-800 number you can call for questions and problems like yours?
I experienced the same, I can not access the onboard memory anymore. I can`t get hold of any manufactory´s homepage or adress or serviceline. WHO knows who the producer is???
