Whats the difference between ddr266 and ddr333 memory.. i know its speed, but is there much of a difference b/t the two. the reason i ask is, that im planning on buying new memory for my older pc, and it supports up to 333, but im using 266 pc2100 right now.. i was just gonna up the pc2100 266 memory to 3 gb, but would 3 gb of ddr333 be THAT much better?? thanks for the help..

if using 333 ram with 266 ram than the 333 will run at same speed as the 266. if & i do mean if you were to overclock your system than get all new faster ram than. what do you need 3gig of ram for???

my cpu speed 2.5ghz, my fsb is either 400 or 533.. thats what supported on my motherboard (azza p4x4-alh).. and i havnt changed anything from the standards, so i assume im running at 400 (how do i check?). 128mb radeon 9500 agp, 2 200 gb HDs, 1 Emprex dvdrw, 1 nec dvdrom. in a nutshell thats my system..

that radeon 9500 is going to restrict what you can do along the lines of video editing quite a bit, i believe.
