I have audio/learning CD's that I use EAC to extract to MP3 and listen on my computer/ipod. Some of the CD's have 3 or 4 tracks on them for a reason I do not know. Long story short, there is no reason to have more than one track. I would like to have one hour long mp3 than 3 or 4 shorter mp3's. Anyone know how to take a few mp3's and make just one larger mp3? Thanks
you have two options. you can manually join them together using an audio editor, such as Audacity, which is free. or you can use a program designed to split and merge mp3s, such as mp3 surgeon or mp3 splitter and joiner. both are shareware, so if you want to do this for free you'll have to try Audacity.
Thanks for the program DJ! However I can't find the Lame_enc.dll!!!!! I have lame.exe for exact audio copy. Anyone know how to locate this file? Thanks!
well, I guess thats what you get for free apps. I myself have never used it, but recommend it when people want free stuff. I use Pro Tools and Cubase for all my stuff, but thats way overkill for basic audio editing.
@whysokold If you have EZCD creator, it has an Mp3s audio editor that's great. It will do what you need and fast. Just a matter of copy and past the songs together.
