this is weird..... ok did a video converence awile back and all was great but know when my wife does it with her mum it goes really delayed and slow. when we click the tab you get the window open and you can see your self in the screen and its fine but as soon as it connects to her mums it delays and updates every 5 sec or so her mum is on a dial up modem is this why it goes shite??
