Hello Microsoft customer care is the worst I have experienced. For example when my net passport would'nt allow me to sign in on any site their customer care team said there is nothing wrong. When I had problems registering Access 2003, because even their site would not let me use net passport, they said there is nothing wrong. Since then they have not answered any of my queries or emails. Any time I had any problem they say, yes, there is nothing wrong... MICROSOFT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOUBLE SUCKS......
Don't tell me you rate them as good customer care ! I have expressed my experience when my pc is switched on.

Although Microsoft sell good products sometimes they really should'nt charge customers to phone them. They do charge a high price for there software and if customers need to register or have a problem Microsoft should be more interested. At least employ staff that understand your question. I found out that when I bought Microsoft Access 2003 I could'nt register it because my net passport would'nt work, It only works when I sign into my hotmail account, so I can't register it for updates, as you can only reigister it with net passport. It's another case of I got your money so I don't care!
