microsoft windows installer

    hi
    everytime i try to install something i get problem with microsoft windows installer its not authenticated.how can i fix this??any
    ideas?thanks

    try going to microsoft update site and let it check to see if you are running a valid version of windows xp.after that you should not have a problem.
