i have an hp running xp with 1.2ghz, 256mb, most of the dvd burners that i've looked at say they require at least 1.3ghz, should i try and find something like the hp 640i w/ lightscribe since their min. is 800mhz? or would it be ok to get a lite-on that says min. 1.3?
    thanks for all the help

Your processor should be fine, but I would upgrade the Ram to at least 512mb preferably 1gb.
