Mini DV to VHS

    I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to watch mini dv tapes on a vhs player. i think i may have seen a vhs adapter that we can put a mini dv tape and just insert it in to the vhs and play, but i'm not sure if it's a mini dv or somehting else. if someone can tell me if there is such a thing, what's it called and where to get it i'd really appreciate it.

    No, there are no miniDV to VHS adaptors. What you have seen is probably a VHS-C to VHS adaptor.
    The only way to watch the footage on a VHS VCR is to copy the miniDV material to a VHS casette. Just connect the camcorder to the VCR, press play on the camcorder and record on the VCR 9having selected the correct source as input).
