Brother's, Cousin's, Girlfriend's, the son of a brother who is a friend of a guy my next-door neighbor works with - It is not your DVD ! Backing up your brother's DVD so that you both can watch it when he's away at school with the original deprives the movie industry of a bonafide sale, it is PIRACY !! STOP IT !

When your brother gives it to you then, you can back it up !

Until then, suck-it-up, no excuses, read the rules then, don’t do it again !

if i have been given permission and i bought the damb thing (and still have the *@#?*$& recept),
then i am legaly in the right to backup the disk

    so you go *&%#!!!

Go find another site to play on. You have stated that you "downloaded" the files. Then you imply that you copied them off your brothers disk. Not good. That you have the receipt is if little consequence. You have to have phyical possesion of the disk for any back-ip copy to be legitimate. It does not matter that you had permission. That would not stand up in a court of law.

Then you have the audacity to swear at esteemed, senior members of this site when they attempt to steer you right. Rather childish. I hope you get your inactivisation real soon.
