hi i have had a box for a few months now and have only suffered a few minor gliches which i have overcome. i have recently purchased another for a friend and had set it him up ready to go. he had problems receiving any channels at all which i reailised was because he had taken the box to his sisters house in manchester and i live in sheffield. i talked him through rescanning and turning the emu on, he can now recieve the sports channels and some foreign channels (not sure about music channels ect) but he cannot receive any of the sky movie channels. as i am new to this and i cannot be there in person to help him i am running out of ideas on how to help. i was wondering if it could have anything to do with area codes, frequencis ect but dont really know. any help would be greatly appreiciated.

sorry its the starview 2 'thebox'. i thought that this model updated itself and also i didn't have to change anything on mine in sheffield, why is this?
