Has anyone backed up this DVD yet? Is there any problems to look out for.

There's nothing special about this movie, it is CSS protected, but good old DVD shrink (or DVD decrypter) should be able to backup this one on its own.

Actually I have had some problems with it. DVD Decrypter didnt take it, so i tried using AnyDVD, it stopped around 97%, the movie is there but shrink keeps erroring it when it tries to right to the disc

do you have the latest version of anydvd? it really shouldn't need the latest version, as there is no special protection on this disc. try ripping with anydvd to the hard drive before using shrink.

Ya I did. It didnt seem like it got all the way done with AnyDVD,
I was able to use DVD Shrink but when it got to the burning Nero encountered an error, I was able to RE-Author it and I added just the MAIN movie as a test and It seemed to have worked.

glad you got at least the main movie backed up. not sure where the problem lies with doing the full disc. might want to try and use imgburn to burn an iso created by shrink. ripit4me is pretty reliable too, but you still have to use shrink and then some burning software. what version of nero do you have? most people recommend against nero 7... prefer nero 6.

That might be my problem then I have Nero 7, I will put 6 back on to test it out. What is the link for ripit.

    Thanks

Try Dvd Fab Decrypter, so far I have not found anything it wouldn't decrypt. You can burn it to your HDD then use DVD Shrink and Nero to write to disc. You can download it from my Signature. Good Luck...
