mkv, ogg / ogm and so on on a standalone dvd player??

    I am sure this has been asked yet the search function isn't helping.

    [bold]Is there a standalone dvd player that can play mkv burned to a dvd+/-r?[/bold]

    I'd pay the money to avoid re-encoding.
