Mobile Phone Tools Question

    I have a Motorola V220. I got everything working for the most part in MPT. I can hook up my phone to the program and it is recognised and such; but as soon as I press on the Multimedia Studio or whatever...the phone is no longer recognised by the program, it says its not plugged in anymore... I have no idea why it would do this...any help would be appreciated though.

    Same goes for my other friend. Once I click on the multimedia it doesn't work after that...

    It could be a driver problem. I have never heard of this problem before though.
