What do you need help with. I was able to update my MPT 3.23 to like 3.26, I think. Now it sees my V3x. I'm back in business. Tones of tones and pics....

im in need of motorola phone tools, the newest version. i have the older version but it for some reason wont let me do the live update and just doesnt work can anyone help!?
ive tried everything and it just doesnt work. it works when it wants to. it had always been like that and now it doesnt work. i tried many things and no luck. i need to delete it from my computer and re-download it but need a link to where i can get the program.

whenever I try to up date it locks up and and gived a can not decompress orror and everytimg I try to you version 4 I get "The procedure entry point ?Pause@CComm@QAEHXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library comm.dll" any thoughts on the matter its a razr v3 it is seen with 3.23 but does not display the razr image

Well, since I do own 3.28, I kept updating it with live update and after about 3 downloads it is now the latest version. We did buy it a while ago and I must say that MOTO has kept it up to date.
