Mobile PhoneTools for L7

    Ive got Mobile Phone tools 3.11 and i get it to find my phone but when i try to transfer a song it says "Unsupported format - no conversion possible" can anyone help me with this...
    note: i have the motorola SLVR l7

    hey. i have a motorala l7 as well... i was wondering if your trying to transfer a song for a ringtone or are you trying to use it for the iTunes function....i have i think mobile phone tools 3.28. i use it as a v3 razr class and it works for me....u might also try to fx the bitrate of the song? uhh not sure if this is gonna work but it worked for me.
