Mobo Help

I had planned on getting the:
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX All Solid Capacitor Intel Motherboard - Retail

But its no longer carried or whatever, so whats a good replacement?

How much of a performance boost would i get from the P45 over the P35?

 

You wouldn't really, it's just a newer design board.
