I was thinking of putting togeather a new pc and i am trying to chose between asus's A8N-SLI Deluxe
    Supports AMD Socket 939 Athlon 64FX/Athlon 64
    NVIDIA nForce4 SLI
    PCI Express Architecture
    SATA 3Gb/s
    Dual RAID
Dual Gigabit LAN & AI NET2
    NV Firewall
    AI NOS™
    AI Audio (8-channel Audio

    or asus's P5ND2-SLI
LGA775 socket for Intel Pentium 4/Celeron CPU
Compatible with Intel 6XX, 5XX and 3XX processors
    Dual channel memory architecture
    4 x 240-pin DIMM sockets support
    8GB / 4GB DDR2 667/533/400 non-ECC memory
    2 x PCI Express x16 slot
    - SLI mode : x8 , x8
    South Bridge nForce4 Storage:
    - 4 x SATAII
    - 2 x UltraDMA 133/100/66/33
    - NVRAID : RAID0, RAID1, RAID 0+1, Software RAID 5 and JBOD span cross SATA and PATA
Silicon Image 3132R RAID controllers :
    - 2 x SATAII
    - RAID 0, 1 and external SATA connectability

both are Dual Core ready, which one does everybody think is better?

    hard to choose!!
intel ddr2 memory offer xtreme performance!! but that just in numbers today systems are so complex so hi-tech that you cant tell the difference in speed, performance from one to the other!!

i like amd better because amd is more affordable, more simple to configure and more stable and runs cooler than lga 775 pentiums the only think i see that can overpass the amd is the ddr2 memory.and they are both nvidia powered try to read a little bit form both cpus and mobos as i said before is real hard choice.

oh, yeah thats what i meant. I wanted the p5wd2-premium because it came with the wifi-tv card but it seems that no retailers have that edition. one website said that asus has not yet released that version. if the p5wd2 doesn't ship with the card then i'll buy the p5nd2 for sure.
