actually, not a new one, just a mod chip in general, and what program do i use to edit it, yes, i am a newb, but i would like to know how to do this, that way i'm not a newb thanx again
All modchips are different with different ways of connecting/dowloading to them. I always recommend SmartXX chips you can check out there website and IRC channel for some of your questions they also have links for distributors. Check them out.
You need to read, that is the kind of question that someone would ask after they were told modchips exist. Divineo modchipman madmodder Lots of places. I would recommed the X3, they are the best chip out there hands down. Even smartxx would agree!
