if you're talking about halo 2 modding on the 360, it cant be done yet, they need to figure out whats in the partition A, and then replicate a new hdd
yes it can...many cheaters (Bad kidds) use the xbox360 to mod because the 360 allows u to split your xbox live card into 1 months,2 months, or 48 hours.....and so many people do that instead of wasting a year subcription or a 3 month...
i thought to mod halo on a 360 you had to burn a disk with the modded maps on it? didnt think you could mod the maps on your hard drive yet.
