Motorola Canopy Help

Does anyone have any experience with the Motorola Canopy system or has used one? My Internet is really horrible, and after the many times I've called the installation company to come fix their mistake they only came once, when I wasn't home, put on a 5' extension and deemed it fixed without testing it.

What I'd like to know is what kind of jitter that I should be getting from this system under ideal conditions. Because currently the only thing I can do to fix the signal would be to get another 20' extension or buy an aluminium tower for it. But if its not going to make that much of a difference I'd like to know before hand.

I'll post some graphs of my signal running under full load later; I would now but its one of the very rare times when it is functioning fairly well.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
