Motorola Razr V3 Subsidy

I have recently gotten a Rogers Motorola Razr V3 and when trying to put my fido sim, it ask for a subsidy code. How do i get my subsidy code?

 

try 4 times 0 or call the helpling. in my case 4 times 0 workd!
