Motorola V300 Date Cable

    Hi, i bought a motorola USB data cable for
    V600/V525/V300/T720i/v70/v60i/v66i
    But everytime i run the Mobile phone tools (3.11) it just searches for the phone and it wont find the connected phone.
    Does anyone know why its not finding the phone? Maybe im doing something wrong?
    Help would be greatly apreciated.

    Logically, my first suggestion would be to try another data cable?

    I haven't seen the port on the V300 (which I'm guessing is the phone you have) is it its own or the mini-USB?

    I am having the same problem with the cable and attempts to down load photos etc. My PC downloaded the files from the disc ok, connected to the phone once and started to download the photos - once, but failed half way through. Now it gets stuck on Initialising... Have tried reinstalling etc. Did you get an answer to your initial query? Cheers
