I Just switched to a new V330 phone with T-mobile from a Razr that was making a bad buzzing sound during all calls. (I tried 4 Razors and they all did the same thing) Anyway I used to have a V551 with Cingular and had it connected to the PhoneTools, now that I have the V330 I cannot seem to connect it to the program, there is not even a listing for the v330 in the phone selection screen. I have Version 3.0 and did all the updates, so now it says its all updated. Still I have no option to select the v330. I need some help here, I have been reading all day in the forums but I didn't see anyone with this problem. I have the bluetooth connected to the PC, which can see the phone and vise versa, but the phone tools just dont seem to work. Any help would be great!! Thanks in advance!!
Does anyone have any idea how to get the bluetooth to work with phonetools and the V330? I have read almost every forum and even got the newset version of phonetools, I still cannot get the bluetooth to work.
