Hello, had my eurovox max for over 18months with no probs at all.Moved house last week so my services have changed from telepest to nthell, changed the symbol rate to 6887,did a powerscan and it can,t find any transponders at all.Signal strength between 80/90% mostly throughout the powerscan but i get nothing.I have had a good read throught the other posts and forums but cannot find anything to help.Any advice would be most appreciated!!

    Try all the providers first

menu config clear data factory reset then start from scratch

make sure you have no splitters on your incoming cable before scan

Hello, thanks for the advice.I did what you said.still no transponders found .The level and quality are mostly 90% or above and i tried both symbol rates and also just the cable goin straight to my box.Just cannot understand why it is doing this when its been trouble free before i moved to nthell.

I have one wire which goes into a splitter,1 for tv 1 for broadband. When i have been scanning for channels i undo the wire from the splitter and just connect straight to the eurovox so its coming from the pure source

Put the cable into the rf in on the box, make sure that you have the scart lead in the correct slot on the back of the box, when you scan do you wait enough time for the transponders to show up, as they wont do it straight away.

What does it say after you have scanned in your channels are you scanning on both 6952 and 6887 symbol rates 64qam
