when i watch movies it plays really slow, and the actors that talk be on another subject. what should i do to prevent this?
what do u mean about format? and i don't know my computer specs.and about the situation i'm having....the movie plays very slow but the actors on the movie be talking away. and i be looking at something else while the actors are talking about another situation. so what is the problem?
Ok what format is the Movie, eg AVI, MPEG etc... Your comptuer specs... 1, if you have Windows XP, Right Click My Computer, Properties, it will tell you there.... If you dont, http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html and download and install that program. It will then display a HTML file with all your comptuer specs. Regards CoZZa
Ok what you are referring to is call audio-video desynchronization and could potentially be a problem with either the movie file itself or that your computer isn't up to the task of playing those files smoothly (or both) To determine your system specs; goto Start --> Run, Type dxdiag and click OK. Your CPU (processor), Memory and DirectX version is listed on the System tab. Your video card specifcations can be found under the Display tab under Name and Chip Type. Your soundcard is listed under the Sound tab in the Name field. Using programs like AVICodec (http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/avicodec.cfm ) or GSpot (http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/gspot.cfm ), you can determine specific codecs required for individual movies. For a general configuration which should allow you to play virtually any movie you come across, visit http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/48608
