just got a movie from bt, and afte extracting and everything. it can be play in window media player but no sound i check everything to make sure that the volume control is not mute. also try to play in real player but no sound either. so what do i do to repair it or something.

Just get "K-Lite codec pack" (or something like this) and install it. It has all codecs needed & as a rule will solve your problem. If not than movie has troubles with sound.
