Moving up from a newbie and how do persons get suspended?

    How many days or what do you have to do so that you want be a newbie anymore? Because am really tired of being a newbie I always have to wait 3 minutes before i post another message and it is becoming frustrating.
    Also i realized some ppl have permantely suspended or suspended by the names what are the things u have to do so u wont get suspended?
