   i got a few pics(gifs)on my phone that move on my pc, that i want to use as my wallpaper but they dont move on the phone and was wondering if someone knows hwo i could do it?

   either with a usb cable and mpt or with bluetooth , you need a bt dougle . I bought mine on ebay for 15.00
