mp3 codec help

    i am using windows vista home premium and when i play a movie on windows media player it will play the movie without sound and it says its missing the mp3 codec (55)

    I have been trying to find it everywhere can anyone help out. Since its missing that codec i cant burn dvds either thats why its important.
