i just bought a 5GB RCA Lyra and i recieved no software for it.
i cannot tell the company because i think it might have been stolen.
but i wanna use it, and im gonna need to find the driver software for it. where can i get that ? i tried RCA.com and you can only get an upgraded version, so i need that original software first.

its a cool mp3 player. it holds pics as well !!!

You do realize that it's illegal to have a stolen object in your posession? So, if your going to buy something you think is stolen you'll just have to deal with the problems that arise. Was it worth it? To own & not be able to use? What a shame!!

You should be able to get some software from this site,

    http://www.rca.com/customerservice

I've used it many times...I did have a similar problem with my RCA Lyra MP3 player not taking the music, I finally broke down and bought an IRiver: just drag the files from your HDD to the player.
