ok...I've looked and didn't see any posts about this,so I'm posting about it is there such a thing as a mp3 metafile checker? what I mean is,something that's a cross between mp3 shield and gspot codec checker...in other words like gspot checks files for codecs/renders/etc. ....but can scan a folder like say....my cds...because some of my files get a error in winamp or something else that says "meta file error" and my friends say if it don't work, just don't listen to it....however I use cdex on them to turn them into lame mp3s...so they do work...but I can't have gspot check all of my mp3s on my cds and in my folders one by one...it would take hours so can anyone help me out with this prob? thanks Jason Linx
never mind...out of checking 200 mp3 files, only 2 don't work..and I don't know why...I mean they work, but just in like winamp only...oh well,no big,you can delete this post if you want and yes I did scan all 200 of them in gspot...and tried to render them all,out of 200 only like 10 or so needed to be fixed 2 of those 10 which still don't play in anything but winamp
