Hi all, Does anyone know how (which program) lets you dump mp3s to an ordinary DVD media and be able to play back as digital music (mp3) on an ordinary set top DVD player? Thanks in advance, BB
I'm not an expert, but I've been looking for similar stuff, especially for cars. You can just burn the DVD using any software like Nero/Roxio that can burn data DVDs. However, many DVD players cannot play MP3 files burned on DVD media. In fact, I do not know of single one, but I've heard there are few out there. Most DVD players will only play MP3 files burned on CD-R or CD-RW media. Good luck in your search.
I thought there was a program that would let you put mp3s on the Audio_TS folder and that the DVD player would play it. I know that my set top player can play mp3 if I burn them onto a CD-R but I ca only fit about 120-130 songs on a CD-R. I wanted to find a way to dump a lot more on a DVD media and chuck it in the set top player and away you go for an extended PARTY!!!
http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers.php?dvdmp3=1 391 DVD Players support d.DVDMP3 61% 247 DVD Players do not support d.DVDMP3 39% 638 DVD Players tested (4879 DVD Players are not tested).
You can get Audio Dvd Creator which is here http://www.audio-dvd-creator.com .It can convert mp3 into dvd for dvd players. It takes a long time to convert all the songs into dvd format, but that is the closest I could find.
