I just bought a Mp3 and I have no experience with any portable audio playerz, this is my first Mp3, so plz forget my noobish question(s).

Now I did some testing with my Mp3 and I notice there are statics in the songs(they song fine on my winamp). Is there a way to repair that? What program should I use?

It could be all sorts of things. For a start it may not be static but clipping. Most rippers will let you adjust the recording level (normalise) to attempt to avoid this. I think there's a tool called something like MP3Gain which can do this without the need to re-rip. I would try that first. Other reasons could be low batteries, incompatible headphones, volume too high, dodgy phones jack etc. etc. You really need to do some testing.
