mp4 file

    hi people,i got an mp4 file in my documents,any one tell me what best thing 2 open it with,,cheers

    i gotta add,i have media player 10,quicktime alternative,realalternative,but none of them associate with it,it still asks what i want to open it with,i was going to burn it to disc,but it says it wont burn right,i think it is because it aint associated

    its quicktime alternative i got ripper,,but it aint got the mp4 thingy on it,,still wants to know what i want to open it with

    followed that link ripper,installed,wont open,it says" error -50:an unknown error occured"

    uninstalled,,installed again,,got same message :-(

    tried total video player ripper,,gave me audio,no video lol n e other suggestions ??? cheers ripper,,got it downloading,,let u know what happens ,,,it plays it ripper,,it associates with it,,i still got the problem i had,when i load it into convertxtodvd it says it might be out of sync or might not copy correctly,,gonna give up 4 now,cheers m8 ;-)

    Hey the edit button is the little paper and pencil thing in the top right of your post.

    As for the video player - never used it so wouldn't know - just bin it lol

    try VlC media player - that's pretty universal and a good player to have anyhow.
