mp4 player problems shuting off when playing certain songs

    need help the player shuts off and back on when its playing certain songs how do i stop that

    Hello,
    Is this mp4 player an iPod? If it is then just simply try updating it to the newest version via the Apple iPod updater, or, if that doesnt work, then try restoring it with the updater too. You can also use iTunes to restore it (If you have iTunes 7)
