mp4 Quicktime problem

everytime i try to play a mp4 video on quicktime the video looks all weird and you cant see the picture that good at all. and its the newest version of quicktime that came with the itunes package. has any body had this problem before? how can i fix it? because its getting on my nerves.

 

Your mp4 files are corrupt? You can playback them with video on other computers?
