mp4 VIDEO EDITING

    Does anyone know how to edit music videos, I want to clean them up.
    I have a registerd version of Nero 7, Shrink, DVD Fab.
    XPS 700 Computer 2 gig ram dual layer write, 2 dvd drives and a terabyte of storage.

    What format are they in? If mpeg2 use VideoReDo for frame-accurate editing. Request a trial key and you'll be able to edit quite a few in the trial period with no limitation/ watermark on the output.

    Since my last post I purchased PINNACLE TITANIOUM, trashed it wouldnt load.
    Then purchosed Adobe Premier 3.0, I am hoping that this program will do the job

    Anything that can open via dshow would work if you have the filters installed (say Haali's splitter and ffdshow). Not sure if any of the major commercial editors have native mp4 support. Closest thing to an mp4 editor is probably AVIDemux.

    VirtualDub can be used for cuts and all kinds of filtering. And it's free.

    Doesn't support mp4 input, at least not directly anyway. You could use AVISynth with directshowsource() to frameserve though.
