MP43..to vcd/svcd??

    i have mostly files with mp43 format with 14.95 framrate is this a heavily compressed file..should i attempt to get other "better"formats.what s the best and most secure way to make these type files into vcd/svcd...ive been having problems especially with the sync.. thanks all.._X_X_X_X_X_[small]thanks much all : S.L.E[/small]

    Well for VCD use TMPGEnc and SVCD DVD2SVCD with CCE SP if possible!!

    WOAH...THAT WILL BE A EXTREMLY LONG TIME . THAT S 2 ENCODING PROCESSES ISN T IT? WHAT S THE BEST FILE FORMAT TO DL...IF THERE IS ONE..AND dela..WHERE DO U GO FOR U R FILES..THANKS

    Downloading svcd would probably be the best!

    I dont really download movies but u can try eMule!
