mpeg 1 to mpeg 2

    Hi all, After collecting a massive amout of Mpeg1 videos off the net, I'd like to burn them to DVD so they'll play on a regular DVD player. Which program is the best for that purpose?

    NeroVision Express or TMPGEnc to MPEG DVD compliant then TMPGEnc DVD Author -
    to your VOB's then burn to disc -
