    I have a streamload account....I pay $4.95 a month for 1000 MB
I want to take my MPEG video and compress it from 126MB to a smaller size. I am a novice, and I would like some advice on how to do that.

I want to post the video on my website, but I know that if the file size stays at 126MB, it will only be able to be viewed less than 10 times, and I will have to keep buying more MB. What can I do?

    Can anyone help this novice??

Open it in windows movie maker.
    Save it as a .wmv
You can choose all sorts of compressions, from HQ for your hard drive, to 56k dialup.
The more compressed, the worse the quality, but it'll be a LOT smaller than it is now.

    Hey it worked...thanks so much!!!

The quality is not as great, but it works.
DO you know of any other hosts like Streamload, that give good deals so I can get more MB for my buck a month?
I need to find a good deal.

    Thanks

Sorry, I can't help you there, but a Google search should turn up some hosts, even a few free ones.
